The American Bridge Teachers' Association (ABTA) will sponsor its annual
Seminar and Convention at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel prior to the NABC
this summer.  All bridge teachers are invited to register: signup form here

If you are told by Mega Housing that the Renaissance, Sheraton and Courtyard are full, ask if ACBL has put aside any rooms for ABTA.  Also see the ACBL website for more details.

ABTA CONVENTION JULY 19-20, 2007

Wednesday Afternoon, July 18th

1:15      Registration (only for those who did not attend Seminar)

Evening City Tour - Nashville highlights include Historic Downtown, Fort Nashborough, State Capitol, Parthenon, Music Row and Studio B,  Bicentennial Mall and Vanderbilt University area.  Then we go to the Loveless Café for genuine home cooked southern food with a family style dinner with a choice from three entrees and three sides with unlimited homemade biscuits and soft drinks.  Price includes all taxes and gratuities at the restaurant.  After dinner the bus will take us to Downtown Nashville where we can visit the Honky Tonk bars.  It is a short walk back to the hotel or you can meet the bus at 10:15 and return to the hotel at 10:30PM.
